In the equipment management or equipment renewal
Select the purchased device and click Get Subscription URL - Copy for backup
How to add a subscription
Click on the cloud phone in the upper left corner of the screen projection software - the plus sign to add the subscription address
How to use
After adding the subscription, wait for a moment for the screen projection to appear and you can use it normally.

Check the ID of the faulty device in the device management and inform the customer service to solve it for you
