1. About the after-sales warranty of mobile farm equipment
Niaozun farm equipment is manufactured from old mobile phones recycled from the market. During the process, they undergo strict screening and testing. If any damage occurs during the warranty period, free repairs and parts replacements are provided.
2. After-sales warranty period
The mobile farm box has a 6-month warranty, the mobile farm motherboard has a 3-month warranty, and other peripheral products have a 6-month warranty (such as: PC computers, network equipment, mobile phone holders, etc.)
3. Warranty precautions
USB debugging and developer mode cannot be turned off during use, and the device cannot be modified by yourself, such as restoring factory settings, upgrading the system, modifying the system, or patching the system. Any autonomous actions will void the after-sales warranty service.
4. After-sales transportation costs
During the warranty period, the after-sales transportation costs will be borne by our mall. Buyers need to patiently cooperate with customer service to guide, prove, inspect and repair the products, otherwise the mall has the right to refuse after-sales service.
5. About returns and refunds
The equipment is a customized product and does not support unconditional refunds. If you are unable to receive the goods due to reasons related to the mall, you can get a refund. If the goods you receive are faulty, you can apply for after-sales service, and our service staff will provide comprehensive after-sales guidance services.
