Conditions of Carriage

1. Overview

 

The purpose of these transportation terms is to clarify the rights and obligations between Niaozun Mall (hereinafter referred to as the "Mall") and customers regarding the transportation of goods. The Mall promises to provide safe, efficient and convenient transportation services to ensure that the goods purchased by customers can be delivered to the designated location on time and intact.

 

2. Mode of transportation

Express delivery: The mall uses international express delivery services by default for product delivery, including but not limited to DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT and other brands. Customers can choose other express delivery services according to actual needs, but they need to bear the corresponding fees.

Air freight: For normal goods, the mall provides air freight service.

For air transport to the following countries, we provide a transportation channel that includes customs clearance and tariffs. Choosing this channel has a probability of more than 99% to complete the submission of documents and customs taxes. If it cannot be completed, the customer will be responsible for the resulting taxes.

United States, Russia, Vietnam, Canada, Belgium, Netherlands, Germany, Luxembourg, Poland, Austria, France, Spain, Italy, Ireland, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia, Portugal, Lithuania, Denmark, Sweden, Latvia, Estonia, Croatia, Finland, Bulgaria, Romania, Greece, United Kingdom, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Thailand, Ukraine, Moldova, Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Mexico, Chile.

Ocean shipping: For bulk goods or heavy goods, the mall provides ocean shipping services . Please communicate with customer service in advance . Ocean shipping takes a long time, but the cost is relatively low. Customers need to bear the tariffs, customs clearance and other fees.

 

3. Transportation costs

Freight calculation: Freight is calculated based on product weight, volume, destination and other factors. Customers can check the freight estimate before placing an order. The actual freight is subject to the mall checkout page.

Additional costs: Any additional costs incurred due to customer reasons (such as wrong address, refusal to accept, return of goods, etc.) shall be borne by the customer.

 

4. Transportation time

Delivery time: After the customer places an order and completes payment, the mall will arrange delivery as soon as possible. The specific delivery time is subject to the mall announcement or customer service reply.

Transportation period: The transportation period varies depending on factors such as transportation method and destination. The mall will provide an estimated arrival time, but the specific arrival time is subject to the actual delivery of the logistics company.

Delayed delivery: If the delivery is delayed due to the mall's reasons, the mall will communicate with the customer and solve the problem as soon as possible. The customer has the right to choose to cancel the order or wait for delivery.

 

V. Acceptance and Rejection of Goods

Acceptance: When receiving the goods, customers should carefully check whether the packaging is intact and the quantity is correct. If any problems are found, they should contact the mall customer service in time.

Rejection: If the customer finds that the product has serious quality problems or is damaged during acceptance, they have the right to reject the product. The rejected product must keep its original packaging and accessories intact so that the mall can process returns and exchanges.

 

VI. Transportation Risks and Liabilities

Transportation risks: Goods may be damaged or lost during transportation due to natural disasters, accidents, etc. The mall will actively assist customers in communicating with logistics companies to strive for maximum compensation.

Division of responsibilities:

The mall is responsible for safely delivering the goods to the logistics company and ensuring that the logistics information is accurate.

The logistics company is responsible for the safety of goods during transportation and their on-time delivery.

After receiving the goods, customers should inspect and accept them promptly and keep them properly.

 

VII. Others

Modification of Terms: The Mall has the right to modify these terms of transportation according to business needs and changes in laws and regulations. The modified terms will be published on the Mall website, and customers will be deemed to have accepted the modified terms when using the Mall services.

Dispute Resolution: If any dispute arises from these terms of transportation, the two parties shall resolve it through friendly negotiation. If the negotiation fails, the dispute may be submitted to the People's Court where the mall is located for litigation.

Applicable Law: These Conditions of Carriage shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong.
